In the wind

This image is a GICLÉE Print on FineArt paper, mounted on a 20x20x3 cm MDF block.

The block is matted with black acrylic gesso.

After the print was applied, the image was coated with several layers of encaustic wax and then sealed with encaustic varnish.

GICLÉE Prints are characterized by the use of archival pigment ink on acid-free papers with extremely long lightfastness (>100 years).

The ink is processed with high precision and delicacy from 12 color tanks on professional inkjet printers.

Encaustic wax is a mixture of beeswax and dammar resin, and encaustic varnish serves to protect the wax surface.

Treatment with encaustic wax gives the image additional depth and a soft, dreamy appearance.

Please note that although the image is part of a "Limited Edition," each of these images is unique due to manual processing.

This edition is limited to 15 copies.

The limitation refers to the combination of image motif and printing medium (FineArt paper on MDF block with encaustic wax).

The image motif can also be offered on other printing media (e.g., canvas) outside of this Limited Edition.

Each image is hand-signed by the artist on the back (sequential number, signature, and date).

Please note that this is art in which natural products (e.g., wax) have been processed.

Improper handling, heat, and mechanical force can damage the work.

Color deviations between art prints/photo prints and screen views cannot be technically avoided and therefore do not automatically constitute a material defect.

In the event of a complaint, I kindly ask you to contact me to assess and evaluate the deviation in the specific individual case.

The image will be protected by glassine paper for transport and shipped in sturdy packaging.

Shipping is via DHL and is insured.

If an item arrives damaged or you have not received the product at all, you can make a claim within 14 days of the actual or advised delivery date.

In this case, I will gladly send you a free replacement.

Please contact me via email, phone, or chat if products arrive damaged.

A material defect does not exist if the delivered quality corresponds to the technical standard of digital photo development and editing/printing.
