The poster and frame are packaged separately in a box and must be assembled by the end customer.

But don't worry, assembly is a breeze — no expertise is required, and mounting hardware is included.

Should an item arrive damaged or if you have not received the product at all, you can make a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.

In this case, I will gladly send you a free replacement.

Please contact me via email, phone, or chat if products arrive damaged. A material defect does not exist if the delivered quality corresponds to the technical standard of digital photo development and processing/printing. Color deviations between art prints/photo prints and screen views cannot be technically avoided and therefore do not automatically constitute a material defect.

In the event of a complaint, please contact me to assess and evaluate the deviation in the specific individual case.
